Video Resources at Fontbonne

As technology progresses, formats change.  VHS video has been replaced by DVDs, and in many cases, DVDs by streaming video.  As the technology in classrooms on campus is updated, the format of our resources must follow suit.

This Guide will help you explore your options for using video in your course.

The Jack C. Taylor Library subscribes to Film on Demand which includes numerous videos. Links to these streaming videos can be included in Blackboard.  See the Films on Demand tab above to search the collection and for more details.

Digital Campus provides Fontbonne faculty a means to stream first-run films through Blackboard or show to your face-to-face class via a URL. See the Digital Campus tab above to search the collection and for more details.

Other tabs in this Guide provide other sources of video content for you to search and answer copyright issues you need to be aware of when using media in the classroom.

Please contact us if you have any questions.
