Contact the Director of eLearning with questions: 

Click on 'Faculty' and you'll be asked to log in with your email/user name and password and 'Accept' the FERPA terms on the next screen. Enter grades by clicking on 'My Courses' at the bottom left of the portal and selecting the appropriate course. The grade entry option is on the right.

Campus Map

Faculty, staff, and students are required to display a parking tag on their vehicle whenever their vehicle is parked on campus, Parking tags for the day, term, or year are sold in the Business Office. Complete parking regulations may be obtained from the Business Office (Ryan Hall 215) or at the Public Safety Building on the east parking lot. More about parking regulations can be found in Policy Manual Volume II.

NOTE: A parking tag does not guarantee a parking space.

Free public parking on Wydown Boulevard is limited to two hours. The nearest Metrolink station is University City/Big Bend with bus service to the Clayton campus.

Emergency response procedures are posted in all classrooms. Please become familiar with these early in your teaching career at Fontbonne.

Identification Cards

Identification cards are available to all faculty and staff. ID cards can be obtained from the Student Affairs Office on the main floor of Medaille Hall.


The academic calendar is published by the Registrar's Office. The calendar is available in the University Catalog and the Graduate and Undergraduate Course Schedule, which is issued each semester.

The Academic Activities Calendar is published by the Office of Academic Affairs and is distributed electronically each semester.

The University calendar is available on the website.


Inclement Weather

In the event of severe weather, the University may reschedule class times.

The snow schedule is published in the Griffin Scratch, fall and spring course schedules and on the Fontbonne web site.

Please do not call the switchboard. Call 314.719.3500 for the latest information .Updates may also be communicated by e-mail and text message alert.


Cancelation of day classes will not necessarily mean the cancelation of night classes. The decision on night classes will be made by 2:30 p.m. Call 314.719.3500 after 3 p.m. for notification of cancelation of night courses.

It is the instructor's responsibility to dismiss class if the weather becomes inclement during night classes.
