I can't log in!!

Processing new paperwork can take a few days from the time you submit your contract to the department (see procedure below):

contract flowchart

So what's the hold up?

  • Background check is not complete
  • Information is missing from your contract
  • Everything has been submitted but the standard 24-48 hours it usually takes to process has not passed

Can't wait that long?

No worries! You can have a temporary password created to access theFontbonne Technology Training site inside the course management system. Please contact the campus instructional technologist to get a temporary account and access to all the materials you need to get started.

Once you have your login, you can enroll in the campus text alert program for emergencies and campus closings

Copy Center

109 Ryan Hall

M-Th: 8am-6pm
Fri: 8am-4:30pm

NOTE:  Please be sure to have your department’s access code (check with the assistant in your department) in order to use the copiers. All the copiers require a 5-digit password, so you will need to add a zero to your department code in order to log on. Learn more.

Departmental access codes are available from 8:00 to 4:30 p.m. ONLY. If you are planning on arriving after 4:30 p.m., please be sure to have your code with you. If work study help is not available, the center will be open, but unattended. There is also an after-hours drop box located next to the Copy Center door.

Faculty and staff may drop off materials for photocopying, laminating, binding, or making of transparencies. If they prefer, they may run copies themselves.

Tests and quizzes are run by staff members only. Please present them directly to a staff member or put them in a sealed envelope (available in the tray stack on the coordinator's desk). They are returned in a sealed envelope.

The Copy Center also orders office supplies for college departments, and provides copy paper for departmental printers and copiers.

Allow one day for average to small jobs. Three or more days are recommended for large or complex projects. If work is needed the same day, please indicate it as "Rush" on the order slip.

Black and white copies cost 3 cents and color copies cost 15 cents. A complete list of other charges is posted in the Copy Center.

Two touch-screen scanners with an option to print are available in the Information Commons in the Library.
