Jack C. Taylor Library

COVID-19 Changes

  • Building Hours  The building is open to the Fontbonne community. See the Hours box for specific times.
  • Masks Required – All patrons must wear a mask in public spaces throughout the building, including classrooms and meeting rooms.
  • Book Returns – Look for the bin at the front desk or use the book drop outside the building.
  • Course Reserves – All Reserve items should be returned to the front desk.
  • MOBIUS & Interlibrary Loan – Both services are up and running, but delays are possible due to changes in staffing and procedures in libraries. Please be patient.
  • Computers & Printing – The Information Commons is sometimes used as a classroom. Computers for printing and scanning are available in the coffee shop (you can enter the Info Commons to grab your print jobs even while classes are in session). Additional machines are available in the Stroble Room (northeast corner of the upper level).
  • Temperature Check – A wall-mounted infrared unit is mounted on the north wall to the left of the main desk.
  • Hand Sanitizer and Wipes – Both are available throughout the building. Ask at the desk if you need help locating them.
  • Elevator – Occupancy in the building elevator is limited to one.
  • Drinking Fountains – Many drinking fountains on campus provide touchless water bottle filling, including the one on the main level of the library.
